New Year's Eve 2011

We have arguably the best waterfront real estate in Hobart from which to enjoy fireworks and a wonderful New Year’s Eve Party.

We have reserved an exclusive outdoor viewing area for our guests. We have security and a guaranteed spot for you.

We are putting on a wonderful buffet that will go until late – enjoy Tasmanian oysters, seafood and meats, vegetarian delights and salads – with delicious desserts……….. and real coffee.

We will have craft beer, a glass of Jansz on arrival and a great night planned.

Prices

$135 per person for the main Blue Skies restaurant

$145 per person for the Waterline

There is no outside reserved seating at all – that area is for fireworks viewing only.

Bookings

There will be no vouchers sold on the night – only pre-paid voucher holders will be admitted to the venue.

Entry is available from 7.30 pm.

The vouchers can be purchased either:

  • by phone on 62243747 using any credit card or
  • dropping into Blue Skies with a cheque and ID, or cash
